POLAND TRIP - JULY 2018
Quick Application Form - Poland Trip 2018
The Poland Trip will take place in the summer of 2018. Final dates have yet to be set, but it will begin at the start of July (roughly 10 days after the end of school) and will last 11 days and 9 nights. During that time we will explore the extraordinary cities of Warsaw and Krakow to immerse ourselves in the history and culture of Poland, visit Zakopane and the Tatra Mountains to do some hiking, and visit the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp, Schindler's Factory, and the POLIN Museum on the History of the Jewish people in Poland to learn more about the atrocities, and bits of humanity, of the Holocaust.
The exact itinerary is still being finalized, but below click on the links below and watch the videos for a snapshot of what you can expect to see and do during your time in Poland. It will be a wonderfully eye opening experience, something not soon forgotten. It left such an impression on me and my wife when we visited Poland that we started talking immediately about bringing a group of students to see it for themselves.
****Cost is yet to be finalized, but will run roughly $4200-4700 (if there are roughly 20-24 students) and will be inclusive of all meals, lodgings, entry fees, transportation, trip insurance, etc. As the trip is over a year away, flight costs have not yet been released, so are an estimate, and exchange rates may vary a bit before price is locked in.
